During my stay, I enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff who were available to assist me when I needed help. the hotel was located near key locations like the airport and ferry terminal which made it easy to travel around. Another advantage was that there were some good coffee shops and restaurants nearby where I could get some tasty bites.

I found some aspects of the hotel to be a bit uncomfortable. the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to the mark as there were stains on the bedding and pillowcases, and broken mugs in the room.

The staff at Reddoorz were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond when I had a difficult situation with a taxi driver. They were quick to assist and ensure my safety. The location is also convenient for both the airport and international ferry terminal.

While the hotel room at Reddoorz was a bit dirty with stains on the bedding and a broken mug, I appreciated that the bathroom was functional and I could simply keep the door closed to avoid any issues with the rats in the ceiling.
